　　4月25日电国新办25日就《中国打击侵权假冒工作年度报告(2024)》有关情况举行发布会。中央宣传部版权管理局局长王志成在会上介绍，针对网络文学、音乐、视频、游戏、动漫、软件等领域侵权盗版问题，“剑网”行动集中强化网络版权整治力度，相继查处网络侵权盗版案件11545起，移送司法机关追究刑事责任案件1214件，相继查处一批侵权盗版大案要案，维护了权利人的合法权益，网络版权环境日益清朗。

　　会上，有记者提问：为打击网络侵权盗版行为，国家版权局会同相关部门连续20年开展“剑网”专项行动。想请问一下，如何评价20年来我国网络版权保护的状况？今年“剑网”行动的重点领域是什么？

　　王志成表示，随着数字技术的迅猛发展，互联网领域的版权问题日益突出，网络侵权盗版活动侵害了权利人的合法权利，扰乱了网络传播秩序，制约了互联网产业发展。2005年以来，国家版权局会同公安部、工信部、网信办连续开展打击网络侵权盗版“剑网”专项行动，采取多种措施加强网络版权保护，创造更加公平、更有活力的网络版权清朗环境。

　　王志成指出，针对网络治理重点领域和新型网络应用，国家版权局开展分类治理，先后制定了网络文学、网络转载、网络音乐、网盘等领域版权保护文件，网络版权保护法律体系逐步完善。同时，各级版权部门不断加强对网络企业的重点监管，对重点网站的作品版权状况进行主动检查，对热播、热映的重点作品开展预警保护。国家版权局先后公布重点作品预警名单106批，1387部热播热映作品，删除侵权盗版链接1138万条，关闭侵权盗版网站(APP)17906个。
