4月10日，在2025中国移动云智算大会“智算基础设施及安全论坛”上，中国移动正式发布智能化算力网络系列创新成果之一的“灵耀”智能网卡。

智能网卡是解决中国移动网络云虚拟化平台开销大、vSwitch流表数量有限以及网络转发性能瓶颈等问题的关键技术，智能网卡的引入需要云平台软件模块进行适配开发，与网卡厂家提供的固件驱动深度对接，因此导致现有智能网卡选型与虚拟化厂家紧密耦合，最终以软硬一体的方式部署，这种模式容易形成软硬件生态竖井，不符合网络云NFV/SDN架构软硬解耦、生态开放的思想。

中国移动集中攻关智能网卡vSwitch卸载技术研究，形成智能网卡软硬解耦技术体系，研发面向网络云NFV/SDN架构vSwitch卸载加速的“灵耀”智能网卡，创新性提出流表聚合、报文追踪等电信级卸载方案，支持电信级百万流表及微秒级超低时延，通过多层级热保护等定制化硬件设计应对极限工况，具备高可靠、高性能、易集成、易迭代四大特性，以及自主、标准和开放三大优势。

“灵耀”智能网卡经历中国移动2024年网络云试点验证，成功适配对接网络云两大NFV/SDN架构的云平台软件，集成于x86和ARM生态多厂家服务器硬件，满足云平台网络虚拟化的功能、性能和可靠性要求，降低云平台虚拟化开销80%，突破vSwitch转发带宽瓶颈和流表数量限制，充分支撑网络云商用建设。

“灵耀”智能网卡打造了运营商通信网络基础设施自研先进产品落地的标杆案例，分别与不同的软硬件厂家完成标准化解耦适配对接，打破了软硬一体技术生态壁垒，避免形成竖井生态，逐步促成国内多厂商参与的良性竞合生态，为国内通信领域国产化替代提供了较为全面、清晰的技术基础，有助于补齐产业基础技术短板、加速国内产品工程化实现，推动新技术规模应用，助力通信和云数据中心NFV/SDN技术生态繁荣。
