　　中新社重庆4月19日电(记者刘相琳胡默达)2025·亚洲人权论坛19日在西南政法大学开幕。来自亚洲多国的人权专家代表分享本国数字化转型经验，呼吁加强区域合作，借鉴相关国际范例，合力应对挑战。

　　暨南大学法学院/知识产权学院教授、博士生导师沈太霞在论坛平行会场发言时说，人工智能带来了巨大的机遇，尤其是在医疗保健领域的应用。中国在人工智能驱动的医疗技术开发和应用中有大量实践。人工智能在医疗领域的应用很大程度上提高了医疗效率，对农村地区的医生及医疗有重要意义，可防止误诊、漏诊，规范医生的诊疗行为，提高医疗病例的管理效率，有利于病人公平、及时地获得医疗服务，从而促进个人健康权的实现。

　　“国情不同，对人权的定义标准也不同，不能以发达国家的标准来评判发展中国家人权情况，这不公平。”巴基斯坦国立科技大学中国研究中心副主任、巴基斯坦智库“全球丝绸之路研究联盟”创始主席泽米尔·阿万说，无论是传统人权还是数字人权，都应该为人类服务，保护人类发展，而不是被某些国家作为打压他国的工具错误使用。

　　蒙古国法律发展和改革研究中心主席乌英格对中新社记者说，亚洲国家可借鉴欧盟在推动域内数字安全保护及个人隐私保护等方面出台的相关法律法规，再根据各自国家实际情况，一起商讨亚洲区域内的相关标准。

　　吉尔吉斯斯坦“卡巴尔”国家通讯社记者基里尔·斯特潘尤科接受中新社记者采访时表示，吉中两国可以合力共同应对技术发展对保障人权的挑战。

　　“数字信息空间，可能被一些不想看到亚洲和平进程和经济发展的人所利用，进而产生破坏性影响。”基里尔·斯特潘尤科表示，人工智能是一种由算法组成的技术，但拥有这些算法的人同时也是创造人工智能的人，因此技术如何被拥有者正确使用至关重要。一些西方非政府组织，利用所谓人权活动人士编造假视频煽动社会矛盾。“面对这种虚假信息，吉中两国需要共同打击。”(完)
