　　北京4月18日电(记者吕少威)记者今天从北京市市场监管局获悉，北京市朝阳区市场监督管理局日前成功办理全国首例股权信托财产登记业务，一张标注有股权信托产品信息的营业执照顺利交到申请人手中。

　　4月10日，北京金融监管局与北京市市场监管局联合印发《关于做好股权信托财产登记工作的通知(试行)》(京金发〔2025〕40号)(以下简称《工作通知》)，正式启动全国首个股权信托财产登记试点。《工作通知》发布后，北京市市场监管局立即对辖区各登记机关开展政策传达及工作指导，积极推进股权信托财产登记业务的落地实施。

　　此次业务办理严格遵循《工作通知》要求，受托人中信信托有限责任公司(以下简称“中信信托”)在中国信托登记有限责任公司办理信托产品预登记，取得产品编码及预登记完成通知书，并与委托人北京东方园林环境股份有限公司签订了信托文件，明确将其持有的北京润宇海元企业管理有限公司(以下简称“润宇海元公司”)80%的股权设立信托。

　　在完成上述流程后，润宇海元公司向朝阳区市场监管局提交股东变更登记申请，提交了法定材料及相关信托登记证明文件，经审核材料齐全，且符合法定形式，朝阳区市场监管局依法为其办理了股东变更登记，并在营业执照上标注了信托产品信息，确保了信托财产的规范登记和公示。

　　北京市市场监管局有关负责人表示，朝阳区首次完成股权信托财产的标注，标志着北京在全国范围内率先实现股权信托财产登记的落地实施，是北京市优化营商环境、推动金融创新的重要实践。同时也为全市股权信托财产登记工作提供了宝贵的实践样本，对于后续相关业务的规范化、标准化开展具有重要意义。
